Several reasons precipitated this change, most notably:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;“burned” is not the correct past tense of the word “to burn.” I don’t honestly recall why I spelled it this way (I guess I thought it was cute, or something? I was young and stupid.)&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;
&lt;i&gt;Burned Toast and Beyond, &lt;/i&gt;although it possessed a nice little alliterative ring to it, had absolutely nothing to do with the content (if you can call it that) of the site. It was like 99% &lt;i&gt;Beyond &lt;/i&gt;and 1% &lt;i&gt;Burned Toast and&lt;/i&gt;.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;You can find me now at &lt;a href="http://littleironies.tumblr.com"&gt;Little Ironies&lt;/a&gt;. I like this name better: if typing inanely away into cyberspace on a daily basis has taught me anything, it is that life &lt;i&gt;is &lt;/i&gt;full of little ironies.&lt;/p&gt;
